Refund of the items purchased from Giffywalls shall be allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition with the original invoice.
We do not refund If the item is put to use already. If the merchandise is not in good condition or if it is damaged or defective or different what you had expected then return it in unused, original and sealed pack condition within 15 days of receiving the item. For reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded. For applying for a refund of any product, send the product back to us. Once we receive back the product at our warehouse, we perform a quality check on the product in next 2 days and initiate refund post quality check provided the item is unused, invoice and tags are intact too. Any refund will not be initiated if the product is found to be installed by the customer. If the product at the time of installation is damaged, it is not our responsibility.
Also, The color verification is not considered as a valid reason in the case of wallpapers, because the color may appear slightly different in light or screen brightness. So you can also request a sample order from us before receiving the original item to confirm the color.
In case of applying for a refund for damaged goods, our company wants to create a customer awareness to not accept the product if the packaging is damaged, or tampered with. You can also write us to our master team.

Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder's credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of nationalized banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account.
