Your wallpaper is carefully packed in a sturdy corrugated box and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• If production is delayed, you're entitled to free cancellation.
• During promotional periods, production may take slightly longer than usual. We'll email you if there's any delay, and again once your order ships.
• Express delivery affects shipping speed only, not production time.
• We're not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
