Returns

Each Print Tested and Checked 3 times in our Warehouse. Our master production team check quality on each and every strip of wallpaper and if we are not 100% sure regarding our quality of print or paper then we are not happy to serve that roll to your doorstep.

Some Unlucky moments happen sometimes and that creates problems with wallpaper, just contact our master team, and Team Giffy will make all efforts to serve you topmost resolution as quickly as possible.

Problem with Mural or Wallpaper?

Each order of Wallpaper-Murals is Made to order as per your wall Dimensions. No two are the same and we cannot stock any rolls in our warehouse. Each and separately made especially for you.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of material due to a change of mind, that things are totally unwanted, as we cannot reuse it. Once you placed an order for a custom mural or wallpaper that cannot be canceled.

We are always very prompt regarding our customers to serve a topmost quality and therefore we solve your problem faster, we need some photos of the problem. so, we understand where to solve and send our courier person to collect, In most of the cases we will not need to collect material, our team solves your problem easily without taking it in return.

Once We received your photos our team inspects them and in a short time, they will revert back to you with the most desirable solution. If Murals or wallpaper defected by other factors outside our control, or to have misuse of any part of print material or any third party damages happens then refunds or returns are not issued.

After Reviewing photos and Team Giffy find any defects on prints or any faulty product then we apologize for that and our team will be with you to short out the issue as quickly as possible.

If the Issue is still not solved and to be caused by outside of our control, then our master team will always available to guide you with further steps to complete your order. and in this kind of issue, we made replacement the mural and that can be sent quickly with no Extra Cost. Giffy walls love to see your problem, from that problem we learn how to improve our process and resolve it especially for you.

If the Issues with Material or Printing methods and customers don’t agree with full replacement of wallpaper or murals and they need a refund. Our Team will be with you to resolve your problem and they send a courier person to your doorstep and we brought back to our HQ. Once we received it back, a full refund will be issued to your payment method within a few days.

Make Sure to take care when installing the wallpaper or murals, if you are not able to do by own then hire someone who has well knowledge regarding wallpaper installation and refer to our guide “How to Install” we cannot accept return, refund, or exchange if you made mistake in installation.
